  Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be displayed before completing the purchase.

• ✅ Orders of €250 or more:
  Free shipping across the entire mainland!

• 🏠 In-Store Pickup:
  You can collect your order from our store free of charge.

DELIVERY TIMES

• BioHort Products: The delivery time is approximately 30 calendar days from the order date.

• All Other Products: Estimated delivery within 48 to 72 hours (business days), except in cases requiring special handling or oversized transport.

RETURNS

Returns Policy (Spain)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the right of withdrawal established by the Spanish Consumer Protection Law.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Once the product has been received and inspected, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged, defective, or was sent in error.

• Returns sent with cash on delivery or without prior authorization will not be accepted.
